Mark Wait and Phillip Harrison our funeral directors have many years experience in arranging funerals in the Newcastle and North East areas. Phillip is a fifth generation funeral director with a family history of funeral service over 175 years.
Phillip started Phillips Funeral Service at Acorn House,Salters Road Gosforth in 1997 and moved to additional larger premises on the Great North Road two years ago under the name of Newcastle Funeral Services Ltd to represent the much larger area that the funeral service now covers.
Mark has been involved in funeral service for nearly thirty years,laterly as senior manager for one of the largest funeral companies in the country before joining Phillip in 2006.Mark is also a holder of the National Diploma in Funeral Directing aswell as being a qualified embalmer.
Newcastle & Gosforth Family Funeral Service provides a service to all the Newcastle area aswell as to all areas of Northumberland and North Tyneside.
As members of The National Association of Funeral Directors we have a strict code of conduct and all funeral arrangements are carried out to your exact individual requirements with emphasis on the highest standards of professional care and understanding.
