When a friend or relative dies and you are living away, you can phone us from where ever you are and we will give you all the possible help you need at this time.
We can arrange everthing when you return to Newcastle or we can do preliminary arrangements over the telephone, via e-mail or fax until everything can be finalised after your journey.
